AbdulFatai Buhari — An early trend of results from the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary in Oyo State has placed Senator Fatai Buhari ahead of other contenders in several zones across the state.

 

Reports emerging from the ongoing primary election on Thursday indicated that the senator recorded significant votes in parts of the Oke-Ogun and Ogbomoso zones, where he is said to be maintaining an early lead over fellow aspirants contesting for the party’s governorship ticket

Sources monitoring the exercise also disclosed that Senator Buhari secured a considerable number of votes in the Ibadan zone, further strengthening his early standing in the race.
