The Chief Executive Officer of the ARA Foundation and prominent Oyo State political chieftain, Princess Aderonke Rahmat Adedoja, has expressed her profound sorrow and deep sympathy to the good people of Ogbomoso, the Nigeria Union of Teachers, and the Oyo State Government following the tragic attack, killing, and abduction of dedicated teachers and innocent students in the state.
Describing the unfortunate incident as a devastating blow to humanity and the sanctity of education, Princess Adedoja noted that the entire state has been thrown into a deep period of mourning over this irreplaceable loss.
In a strongly worded statement, Princess Adedoja condemned the ugly development as a dastardly, callous, and utterly inhumane act that must be rejected by all well-meaning Nigerians.
She lamented that innocent educators and young students, whose only pursuit is enlightenment and nation-building, should never be turned into targets for violence and criminality.
She stressed that attacking schools is an attack on the very foundation of the future, noting that such barbaric acts threaten the peace, socioeconomic stability, and educational advancement of the entire society.
While expressing her grief, the Ara Foundation CEO highly commended the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Engineer Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, and the dedicated law enforcement officers of Oyo State for their swift response and proactive steps in addressing the crisis.

She applauded the rapid mobilization of security agencies and state authorities, expressing firm confidence that the perpetrators of this heinous crime will be hunted down and brought to justice swiftly by law enforcement.
She noted that the administration’s immediate intervention and the activation of rescue operations provide a beacon of hope and reassurance to the traumatized communities during this dark hour.
Extending her heartfelt condolences to the affected families, schools, and host communities, Princess Adedoja urged residents across the length and breadth of Oyo State to remain calm, resilient, and united behind government efforts to combat insecurity. She emphasized that safeguarding the state is a collective responsibility that cannot be left to leadership alone, calling on all citizens to cooperate fully with security apparatuses to permanently safeguard lives, property, and educational institutions.
Princess Adedoja further appealed to the public to practice heightened security consciousness by remaining extraordinarily vigilant and aware of their surroundings at all times.
ARA Foundation CEO urged members of the public to promptly report any suspicious persons, strange movements, or unusual activities within their neighborhoods to law enforcement, stating that proactive intelligence sharing and timely information remain among the most potent weapons available to support security agencies in strengthening and permanently securing Oyo State.
