Members of the AKA Volunteers, alongside the AKA Foundation Project Team, on Saturday embarked on an inspection tour of the ongoing solar-powered streetlights installation facilitated by Hon. Akinola Kazeem in Olode Adetoun Village, his hometown in Ona-Ara Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The inspection team assessed the solar-powered streetlights project being installed across the village and Ona-Ara Local Government as a whole as part of ongoing efforts by the APC chieftain and founder of the AKA Foundation to enhance security and improve the quality of life of residents.

Residents of the Olode Adetoun village commended the intervention, noting that the streetlights will improve security, enhance night-time activities, and illuminate major parts of the village upon completion.

Members of the inspection team expressed satisfaction with the progress of the project, describing the intervention as a reflection of Hon. Akinjide Kazeem Akinola’s commitment to grassroots development and community welfare.
They noted that the project will positively transform the community and improve the living conditions of residents, while reaffirming the movement’s commitment to supporting initiatives aimed at sustainable development across Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency.
The team further urged residents to take ownership of the project and ensure proper maintenance of the facilities to guarantee their sustainability and long-term benefits to the community.
