Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Hon. Akinola Kazeem, has congratulated Senator Abdul’aziz Yari Abubakar on his appointment as the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 elections, describing the appointment as well deserved.
Akinola, who was also appointed as the Deputy Director, Grassroots Engagement and Mobilisation of the Presidential Campaign Council, said the appointments reflect the confidence that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the leadership of the party have in the capacity, experience and proven ability of those entrusted with the responsibility of prosecuting the 2027 campaign.
In his congratulatory message to Senator Yari as made available by his Media Assistant, Akintunde Yusuf, Akinola said “On behalf of myself and the countless Nigerians who appreciate visionary and committed leadership, I extend my warmest congratulations to you on your well-deserved appointment as the Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 elections.
“This appointment is a testament to the immense confidence that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the party leadership have in your capacity, experience and proven ability to deliver.
“Your political journey, which has seen you serve as a two-term Governor of Zamfara State and currently as a distinguished Senator, has equipped you with a deep understanding of the political landscape and the grassroots structure necessary to prosecute a successful national campaign.
“Congratulations, Boss. I wish you success in this important assignment.”
He further pledged to bring his experience and commitment to grassroots engagement and mobilisation to bear in his own assignment, working alongside other members of the campaign council towards the success of President Tinubu’s re-election bid.
