The candidate for Ibarapa Central/Ibarapa North Federal Constituency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Sarafa Olaoniye, has welcomed Dr. Olusola Ayandele back to the party.
This is contained in a statement personally signed by him and made available to newsmen in Ibadan through his Media Assistant, Taoreed Adeniran, shortly after a reception for the returnee yesterday at the Oyo State APC campaign office, Dandaru, Mokola area of Ibadan.

Sarafa Olaoniye said the return of Dr. Ayandele is a welcome development that will further strengthen the APC in Ibarapaland and beyond.
He described Ayandele, a former governorship aspirant on the platform of the APC, as a committed grassroots politician and respected community developer.
The House of Representatives hopeful noted that the returnee, who hails from Idere in Ibarapa Central Local Government Area, is not just a political associate but his uncle and a leader whose wealth of experience is invaluable.
According to him, Ayandele has contributed significantly to the socio-political and economic development of Ibarapa and Oyo State at large.
He explained that the return of such a political heavyweight to the progressive fold is a big plus for the APC family.
Olaoniye said, “Dr. Olusola Ayandele is a grassroots man to the core. His return to our great party will give a boost to the winning chances of all our candidates, not only in Ibarapa, but in Oyo State and Nigeria at large.”
Meanwhile, Dr. Ayandele, while speaking at the reception, pledged his total loyalty to the APC and declared his full support for all candidates of the party.
He specifically declared support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli, the APC governorship candidate in Oyo State for the 2027 election, Engr. Remi Abass Oseni, the APC senatorial candidate for Oyo South, Hon. Sarafa Olaoniye and Hon. Tajudeen Salaudeen Amoo, APC candidate for Ibarapa Central and North State Constituency.
Ayandele said he has returned home to work with other leaders to ensure victory for the party at all levels.
He assured stakeholders of his readiness to mobilise at the grassroots for the success of the party.
The event was attended by party leaders, loyalists and supporters from across Ibarapa zone.
Olaoniye, on behalf of his political family, party leaders and the entire people of Oyo State, congratulated Ayandele for taking the bold decision to return home.
