Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State, Akinola Kazeem, has commended members of the AKA Volunteers for their loyalty, commitment and sustained contributions to his political and community engagement activities across Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency and beyond.
He described the volunteers as an important grassroots network whose consistent presence has helped him maintain direct contact with residents, community stakeholders and different interest groups.

According to him “the volunteers have, over time, participated in mobilisation, community outreach, information sharing and other public-interest activities connected to his political circle. Their practical role of reaching out, engaging youth-alike and women, communicating with supporters, and helping to create channels through which residents can interact with him.”
He added that “their activities, beyond political mobilisation, have contributed to keeping my community-development initiatives visible at the grassroots.”
The relevance of the AKA Volunteers is expected to become even more pronounced following Akinola Kazeem’s recent appointment as Deputy Director, Grassroots Engagement and Mobilisation of the APC Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 elections.
In his new assignment, Akinola has pledged to bring his experience in grassroots engagement and mobilisation to bear while working with other members of the campaign council.
Akinola Kazeem has therefore continued to appreciate the volunteers for their loyalty and dedication, stressing the importance of teamwork and responsible engagement.
AKA Volunteers have also positioned themselves to remain part of his wider grassroots network, contributing their time, community knowledge and organisational support to both his political activities and broader engagement efforts.
