Amofin Beulah Adeoye, founder of Amofin Beulah Adeoye Foundation and leading gubernatorial aspirant under the platform of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, has intensified his wide consultations with party leaders and stakeholders as part of efforts to strengthen unity and reposition the party ahead of the 2027 general elections and beyond.
Amofin Adeoye in a recent consultation meeting with PDP leader and former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Alhaji Hazeem Gbolarumi, reiterated the need for unity among party stakeholders across the board. He asserted that inclusive leadership, grassroots development and progress of the party are necessary strategies for the party to remain relevant.
The closed-door meeting which was held in a cordial atmosphere, provided an opportunity for meaningful discussions on the current state of the party, challenges facing the people, and practical strategies needed to ensure PDP victory in 2027 general elections.
This online newspaper recalled that Amofin Adeoye has held several strategic and consultative meetings with PDP leaders, stakeholders and traditional leaders across the nooks and crannies of Oyo State to realise his gubernatorial ambition.
Amofin Adeoye in a statement made available to newsmen shortly after the meeting said, consultation with elder stateman and party stakeholders are necessary to ensure that decisions are guided by experience, fairness and the overall interest of people.
The legal icon assured the party faithful that his aspiration is driven by a sincere desire to serve and uplift the lives of citizens through impactful policies in education, healthcare, infrastructure, youth empowerment and economic development. He stressed that the time has come for the visionary leader to continue the legacy built by Engr Seyi Makinde under Omi Tuntun 1.0 and 2.0.
The consultation meeting further highlighted Amofin Beulah Adeoye’s readiness to lead with purpose and sincerity. It also reaffirmed the growing support for his aspiration across different segments of the party and the wider society.
