Ibadan — Dr. Olukemi Afolayan, Oyo State Director of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), who has been redeployed to the agency’s headquarters as National Director of Civic, Values, and Democracy Education, attributes her office’s success to the encouragement of NOA Director-General Mallam Lanre Isa-Onilu, stakeholder support, and her dedicated staff.
Speaking on “Situation Room” on Fresh FM, Dr. Afolayan highlighted achievements during her tenure, including:
