Akinola Kazeem Celebrates International Women’s Day, Harps on Women Employment, Empowerment in Egbeda/Ona-Ara

All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and House of Representatives aspirant for Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, Akinola Kazeem, has joined other eminent Nigerians in celebrating women in his constituency and across the country as the world marks the International Women’s Day 2026.

In his message commemorating the celebration, Akinola expressed optimism about the role and potential of women in the society, assuring them of inclusiveness and continued support through the Akinjide Kazeem Akinola (AKA) Foundation, as well as through legislative initiatives if elected to represent the constituency in the National Assembly.

He emphasized the importance of creating more opportunities for women through employment and empowerment programmes aimed at improving their economic and social well-being.

“I want to specially celebrate our women. They remain our pillar of support on all fronts and are the mothers nurturing the future of our society,” he said.

Akinola noted that celebrating women should go beyond mere rhetoric, stressing that they deserve genuine recognition and sustained support.

“Celebrating them is not just lip service; they truly deserve it. We will continue to accord them the respect they deserve as our mothers, sisters, friends, colleagues, and daughters,” he added.

The APC chieftain also gave special recognition to the Akinjide Ladies within the Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, appreciating them for their commitment toward his political aspirations.
