Former Deputy Governor, Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo, has been elected as the new Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State.
Moses Adeyemo was officially declared winner at the party’s ongoing state congress held at the Liberty Stadium on Tuesday afternoon as attended by party leaders, stakeholders and members.
Announcing the emergence of the former Deputy Governor as the party’s chairman on the state, is Mr. Afeez Bolaji Repete, a former APC National Youth Leader and Secretary of the party’s ad hoc zoning committee, under the supervision of the congress committee constituted by the party’s national leadership in Abuja.

The congress, which attracted party leaders and delegates from across the 33 local government areas of the state, was reported to have been conducted peacefully.
