Honorable Minister of Power of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Bayo Adelabu has felicitated with the Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) Mr. Zacch Adedeji on the occasion of his 46th birthday celebration.
