Former Minister for Communication and Digital Economy, Barr. Adebayo Shittu has commended the philanthropic drives and promotions of APC in Oyo State by Rtd. Colonel (Dr.) Gbenga Adegbola, and appraised him as the most qualified Gubernatorial Candidate from the Okeogun geopolitical zone of Oyo State.
The Saki born politician said this during an Eid-el-Kabir visit done to his home by the popular business mogul and Guber aspirant who also hailed from Saki. According to him “We have seen many from our axis here jostling for the exalted seat in the state. They are all qualified to contest the seat. But from all indications, this man here, our own Dr. Gbenga Adegbola is the most qualified of them all.”
According to Mr. Olaniyi Olabode, one of the close allies of the gubernatorial aspirant, he confirmed that, the Minister is intentional about supporting and fronting the Guber aspirations of Dr. Gbenga Adegbola
