Egbeda/Ona-Ara, Oyo State — As Nigeria joins the rest of the world to mark Workers’ Day, the House of Representatives hopeful for Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, Hon. Akinola Kazeem, has extended heartfelt salutations and commendation to Nigerian workers, describing them as the backbone of the nation’s economy.

In a statement issued by his Media Assistant, Akintunde Yusuf, Hon. Akinola praised the unwavering dedication, resilience, and passion of Nigerian workers, which he noted have been instrumental in driving national growth, innovation, and development.

 

While celebrating the camaraderie and tireless efforts of the Nigerian workforce, Akinola emphasized the need for stronger and more effective labour laws to empower workers and boost national productivity.

“I urge all Nigerian workers to continue upholding strong work ethics, professionalism, and productivity. Let us continue working together for a brighter and more prosperous Nigeria,” he added.
