Senator AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari, PhD, has been inducted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (FCPA).
The induction took place at the 23rd Induction Ceremony of the Institute held at the Assembly Hall of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and was presided over by the Registrar of the Institute, Dr. Uche Okereke, JP, FCPA.

The ceremony attracted academics, public administrators and governance practitioners from across the country, who gathered to celebrate outstanding contributions to public administration and grassroots governance in Nigeria.

Senator Buhari’s induction was described as a recognition of his sustained advocacy for good governance, public sector reforms and strengthening of local government administration in the country.

Speaking after the ceremony, Senator Buhari expressed gratitude to the Institute for the honour, noting that the recognition would further motivate him to continue supporting policies and initiatives that enhance effective governance and service delivery at the grassroots level.
