All Progressive Congress (APC) House of Representatives hopeful for Irepo/Oorelope/Olorunsogo Federal Constituency in Oyo State, Hon. Bashir Adeola Badmus, has felicitated with the Olubadan-designate, Oba (Sen.) Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, on the occasion of his 81st birthday celebration.
The Oke-Ogun-born politician and businessman described Kabiyesi’s life journey as a reflection of resilience, history, and faith in destiny.
In a statement made available to journalists, Bashir Adeola said “I am happy that our Kabiyesi is witnessing his 81st birthday alive and symbolically preparing for his coronation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland. He has served the people of Oyo State and Nigeria in various capacities, and it is only fitting that his birthday and ascension to the stool of his forebears be celebrated in grand style.”
He further noted that Oba Ladoja’s vast experience as a lawmaker, governor, and statesman would be instrumental to nation-building through the traditional institution he is set to lead.
