Sarafa Olaoniye, one of the leading aspirants of Ibarapa Central and North Federal Constituency under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended his warm congratulations to the Oyo State APC Chairman and former Deputy Governor, Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo, on the occasion of his birthday.
