The House of Representatives hopeful for Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency, Sarafa Olaoniye, has extended his warm congratulations to Hon. Ojetola Adeolu and Hon. Funsho Adeleke on their emergence as Chairman and Secretary respectively of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibarapa Central Local Government.
