APC’s Ibadan North House of Representatives aspirant, Dr. Olamide Junaid, has congratulated the lawmaker representing Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, Oloye Akin Alabi, on his elevation to the prestigious title of Ajia Olubadan of Ibadanland.
Dr. Junaid, who is aspiring to represent Ibadan North Federal Constituency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2027, expressed her heartfelt congratulations on the elevation from the palace of the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rasidi Ladoja, ARUSA I.
In her words, the APC chieftain said “I congratulate the lawmaker representing the good people of Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives and the newly elevated Ajia Olubadan.”
“I’m urging Hon. Akin Alabi to intensify his efforts in attracting more developmental projects to Ibadanland in his capacity as a two-term federal lawmaker and Chairman of the House Committee on Works.
“Obviously, he has been trying his best, but it is important to charge him further, as his new role in Ibadanland demands even more from him,” she added.
