An aspirant for the Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful in Nigeria and around the world on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
In a statement issued by his Media Assistant, Hon. Akinola shared in the spirit and joy of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration with the good people of Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency and Nigerians at large.

“Eid-el-Kabir is one of the most significant celebrations globally, symbolizing love, sacrifice, and sincere intention,” Akinola stated. “This period invites us to reflect on these values and to embrace the true essence of the festival—beginning with the Eid prayers, the sacrificial rites, and sharing with others, especially the needy.”
He further noted the importance of observing the celebration with humility and devotion, in line with Islamic teachings.
Hon. Akinola also re-announced the cancellation of his annual Eid-el-Kabir celebration originally scheduled for June 14, along with other political activities, in honor of the sudden demise of one of his closest allies, Hon. Olaoye Oluseye Samuel, May Allah be pleased with his soul and grant him eternal rest.
He concluded by wishing all Muslims a joyful and spiritually fulfilling Eid-el-Kabir celebration. “Eid Mubarak to all,” The APC chieftain said.
