Ibadan-born businessman and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Retired Captain Akinola Kazeem, has congratulated the newly coronated 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Sen.) Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja (ARUSA I), on his ascension to the revered throne of his forebears in historic grandeur.
In a message issued through his Media Assistant, Akintunde Yusuf, Akinola Kazeem expressed profound gratitude to Allah on behalf of the monarch, reflecting on Oba Ladoja’s journey from Mogaji to the pinnacle of the Olubadan hierarchy.
The Ona-Ara–born lawmaker hopeful said “The stool of Olubadan comes only by luck and the grace of God. That is why I continue to thank Allah for the life of our Kabiesi, whose journey to this throne has been marked by divine favor. The work is just beginning — from the pursuit of Ibadan State to other developmental projects that must be placed at the center of Kabiesi’s reign.”

Akinola further urged collective support for the new monarch that all sons and daughters of Ibadan should all rally behind the Olubadan of Ibadanland to build the Ibadan of our dreams during his reign.
“On behalf of my family from Olode Adetoun Village in Ona-Ara Local Government, my friends, and political associates, I heartily congratulate Kabiesi, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rasidi Adewolu Ladoja, on his historic ascension to the throne.” he concluded
