NANTS Southwest Leader, Princess Rahmat Adedoja Visits Olubadan-Designate

Hon. Princess Aderonke Rahmat Adedoja paid a courtesy visit to Olubadan-elect, Oba (Sen) Rasheed Akanmu Adewolu Ladoja at his Bodija residence in the early hours of Sunday. As the CEO of Ara Foundation, Oyo State and  Southwest Coordinator of the National Association of Nigerian Traders NANTS, Princess Adedoja expressed gratitude to God for fulfilling Oba Ladoja’s long-awaited dream.

Adedoja described his ascension and upcoming coronation as Olubadan of Ibadanland as a new era of transformation for Ibadan’s traditional institution and Oyo State.

Princess Adedoja praised Oba Ladoja as an outstanding elder who knows Ibadan intimately and upholds its chieftaincy institution with utmost respect. She noted, “Oba Ladoja is an institution in his own right, beyond being a former Governor.”

“He’s a peace-maker, custodian of Ibadanland’s cultures, norms and traditions, and a devoted son who wants to see the city progress.”

She further adds, “he’s a man of wisdom, technical expertise, and an outstanding loyalist of Ibadan land.” Princess Adedoja concluded by wishing Oba Ladoja more fruitful years and expressing anticipation for the transformational impact he would bring to Ibadan’s traditional institution.

The visit was attended by notable figures, including former National Assembly member, Sen. Soji Akanbi, and other distinguished sons and daughters of Ibadan.”
