As the Muslim Ummah around the world commemorates the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), Hon. Sarafa Olaoniye, a leading aspirant for Member of the Federal House of Representatives, Ibarapa Central and North Federal Constituency, has extended warm felicitations to his Muslim constituents.
