“His Death, A Big Loss to Muslim Ummah” — Akinola Mourns Sheikh Muyideen Ajani Bello’s Death

Hon. Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and hopeful of the Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, has mourned the passing of the Ibadan-born Islamic cleric and scholar, Sheikh Muyideen Ajani Bello, who died in the early hours of Friday.

Akinola described the death of the renowned Islamic scholar and preacher, Sheikh Muyideen Ajani Bello, as shocking and untimely, especially at a time when humanity still needs his spiritual guidance and sermons.

The retired Army Captain further stated in his tribute, “We grew up listening to Alhaji Muyideen Ajani Bello’s many Islamic sermons and lectures. The messages contained in his teachings were truly purifying for the soul and a guide to leading a patriotic and meaningful life.”

“He feared no one in his preaching and never shied away from speaking the truth to power. He was one of those Islamic preachers who used the words of Allah to cleanse human souls and, by extension, rid society of many sins.”

“The Muslim Ummah will sorely miss his blunt and sincere life-changing lectures. I pray that Allah is pleased with his soul and continues to spare our lives for good, Amen,” Akinola prayed.
