Mogaji Ile-Agoro of Itutaba, Oje Ibadan, Oloye Abiola Oyeyemi, has celebrated the Distinguished Senator AbdulFatai Buhari PhD of Oyo North Senatorial District and 2027 gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as he marks another year of impactful leadership and representation.
In his heartfelt message, Mogaji Ile-Agoro described the three-term lawmaker as a rare politician whose priority has always been the development and upliftment of his people. He noted that Sen. Buhari’s birthday is not just a moment to celebrate his life, but a time to reflect on the countless lives he has touched positively across Oyo North and Oyo State.
“It is not only about celebrating his birthday, but about journeying through the many lives he has impacted in significant and transformative ways. Testimonials about him are everywhere,” he said.
Highlighting some of the senator’s major contributions, he added that “From facilitating promising and futuristic employment opportunities for our brothers and sisters across Oyo North and Oyo State, to the establishment of a federal educational institution—the Federal University of Agriculture and Technology, Okeho; from the construction of four 80-bed hospitals in Okeho, Ago-Are, Ogboro, Ogbomosho, and Ofiki, to the establishment of ICT centres across Oyo North—Sen. Buhari has proven to be a truly distinguished and proud son of Oyo State.”
Mogaji Ile-Agoro further described Sen. Buhari as one of Oyo’s finest assets and a visionary leader whose depth of experience in governance, economy, and security positions him as the future Oyo State can confidently rely on.
“Sen. Buhari is one of Oyo’s greatest assets. Someone we can peacefully and prosperously depend on to drive the growth and development our state deserves,” he said.
