Ibadan North House of Representatives aspirant and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Olamide Junaid, has felicitated with the Aare Alasa Balogun of Ibadanland, Barr. Lowo Obisesan, on the occasion of his birthday.
In her felicitation message, Dr. Junaid described Obisesan as a distinguished progressive and political pathfinder whose contributions have remained consistent and impactful in advancing progressive ideology.
According to her, “Barr. Lowo Obisesan has been one of my great leaders and father figures who has not relented in offering political guidance toward the actualisation of my aspirations.”
She further noted that, “As a bonafide and noble son of the soil, he has continued to demonstrate passion for the development of Ibadanland, where he holds the revered title of Aare Alasa Balogun of Ibadanland, with broader influence across Oyo State.”
Reflecting on her personal experience, Dr. Junaid added, “Over the years of following his political school of thought, I have learnt and relearned many valuable lessons that continue to positively shape my aspiration to represent the people of Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.”
