In a strategic move ahead of the forthcoming bye-election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) executives in Ibadan North have met with the House of Representatives aspirant, Dr. Olamide Balikis Junaid. The high-level engagement took place on Saturday, July 6, 2025, at KS Hotel, Total Garden, Ibadan.
The event brought together 351 local and ward executives of the party, including the Ibadan North APC Chairman, Alhaji Taofiq Olayiwola, Vice Chairman Olanrewaju Inukan, the Party Secretary, and other senior party officials. Emphasizing inclusiveness, Dr. Junaid extended an open invitation to all progressive-minded individuals, party members, and residents of Ibadan North to join her support group and campaign.
She reiterate that “Olamide Junaid Campaign Organisation is for everyone who believes in a better Ibadan North,” she stated. “Our doors are open to all. Whether young or old, male or female; everyone has a role to play in shaping a constituency we can all be proud of.”
