Beulah Adeoye Holds Colloquium,  Emphasises Building Sustainable Communities

Amofin Beulah Adeoye, the founder, Beulah Adeoye Foundation has hosted a groundbreaking colloquium with emphasis on building sustainable communities through volunteerism.

Coach, Temitayo Adewole was the guest speaker, he said volunteering is act of offering one’s time, skill or service freely to help others or support a cause without expecting any payment.

Adewole took his time to educate participants how volunteerism can be used to address pressing societal issues like environmental degradation, maintain free flow of vehicular activities among others.

The trainer maintained that the role of volunteers in nation building and community development cannot be overemphasized.

Temitayo stressed that volunteering is a platform to empower youth intellectually and where they develop high sense of belonging in whatever activities they involve to advance humanity.

The Speaker said leadership skills is fostered, civic engagement is enhanced through volunteerism.
