In a landmark ceremony held yesterday, the Artisans and Technicians Association of Ogbomosho (A.T.A.O) was officially adopted into the National Association of Nigerian Traders (NANTS) Oyo State Chapter. This significant milestone marks a major breakthrough for A.T.A.O, paving the way for enhanced collaboration, growth, and development opportunities for its members.
The adoption ceremony was graced by dignitaries, including Hon. George Ogunlade, Chairman of Ogbomosho North Local Government, and Hon. Oyedokun Oyeniyi, Chairman of Ogbomoso South Local Government. Other notable attendees included Alhaji Monsur Ayoade Ejide, Hon. Nureni Alade Adeshola, Babaloja Oyo, and several NANTS executives and members.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of a certificate and letter of adoption to Alhaji Saka Abiodun Aremu, President of A.T.A.O, by Princess Aderonke Rahmat Adedoja, NANTS Oyo State Chairperson and Southwest Coordinator.
This formal recognition solidifies A.T.A.O’s position within the NANTS framework, enabling the association to tap into national resources, expertise, and networks. With A.T.A.O’s adoption, both organizations are poised to achieve greater heights, driving progress and prosperity for artisans, technicians, and traders in Ogbomosho and beyond.
