Akinola Commiserates with Families of Ibadan Building Collapse Victims

SAD: Ibadan Building Collapse Claims 10 Lives, Leaves Many Others Injured 

Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) and hopeful of Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency has commiserated with the families of 13 victims reportedly died in the Ibadan Building Collapse in Jegede, Ona-Ara Local Government.

The Ona-Ara born politician and Abuja-based businessman expressed sadly the negative impact the unfortunate incident would cause on the families who lost their loved ones.

In the condolence message released by his Media Assistant, Akintunde Yusuf, the dedicated community developer, Akinola said, “loosing 13 precious lives in my federal constituency is devastating and disheartening, that’s a big blow on us.”

“This natural disaster is nothing but a bit tragedy in Ona-Ara Local Government, Oyo State and Nigeria. But there is nothing we can do as we have no power over such a disaster no one could be prayed for or expect to happen.”

“I want to extend my heartfelt condolences on behalf of my family, followers and Akinjide Kazeem Akinola Foundation, to the families of those whose lives were lost in the Ibadan Building Collapse.”

“While at that, it is also important we all ensure safety of where we are living and residing.

“We should not leave any sign of cracking or related ones unattended to in our various houses, whether owned or rented. House owners must also priorities the safety of their infrastructures than the collectable rent amount where applies.”

“With that, we can jointly avert the occurrence of such unfortunate disaster in future.” Akinola concluded.
