Osun State , Nigeria: Adeleke’s Claims Are Baseless; Osun People Have Chosen Ambo, Ijala Declares
The attention of the AMBO movement has been drawn to the desperate attempts by Governor Ademola Adeleke and his supporters to create a false impression that the people of Osun State have endorsed the continuation of a government that has failed to deliver the genuine dividends of democracy.
We state unequivocally that these claims are baseless, misleading, and completely disconnected from the mood across Osun State. The people have spoken, and their choice is unmistakably clear, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).
From Osogbo to Iwo, Ife to Ijesa, Ikirun to Ede, the message is loud and consistent. Osun citizens are yearning for competent, visionary, and people-oriented leadership capable of unlocking the vast economic potential of our dear state. That leader is AMBO.
Unlike the current administration, which thrives on propaganda and political theatrics, AMBO represents substance, experience, accountability, and a clear roadmap for sustainable development. His Prosperity Agenda is built on practical solutions that will create jobs, empower young people, support women, strengthen agriculture, improve education, expand healthcare, and attract meaningful investments into Osun State.

IJALA noted that no amount of media manipulation, political intimidation, or empty declarations can overturn the reality that is unfolding across every ward and local government in the state. The unprecedented wave of support for AMBO continues to grow because it is driven by the genuine aspirations of the people not by deception or political grandstanding.
“The people of Osun are wiser than ever before. They know the difference between governance and showmanship. They are prepared to entrust the future of this state to a leader with the vision, competence, and integrity to deliver lasting prosperity,” IJALA stated.
He urged supporters across the state to remain peaceful, law-abiding, and steadfast in taking the AMBO message of hope to every household, emphasizing that elections are won through the votes of the people and not through propaganda.
