Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort (Hospitality) Limited has officially completed a landmark international acquisition, assuming full ownership of Interlink and taking total control of its assets and subsidiaries, including Club Deportivo Atlético Berja, based in Berja, Andalusia, Spain, with effect from 29 January 2026.

Following the successful takeover, an Extraordinary General Assembly of Atlético Berja was held at the Salva Sevilla Municipal Stadium, in strict compliance with the club’s statutes. The Assembly unanimously approved a complete restructuring of the club’s Board of Directors to reflect the new ownership and strategic direction. Newly Appointed Board of Directors:
